L\u2019origen del nom esdev\u00e9 de converses amb l\u2019avi, quan ell i l\u2019\u00e0via anaven amb la Lambretta de segona m\u00e0 que tenien cap al tros, carregats de caixetes per omplir-les d\u2019aquest ra\u00efm. Quan arribaven al poble, sempre en deixaven una caixeta a casa i ens menj\u00e0vem el moscatell a la terrassa de casa els avis. Amb les altres caixetes, l\u2019\u00e0via venia el moscatell a la seva botiga de fruites i verdures que tenia al poble.<\/p>\n

Elegant i sorprenent en boca. Un vi que representa els estius a casa els avis, picant moscatells per berenar.<\/p>\n

L\u2019origen del nom prov\u00e9 de la localitzaci\u00f3 de la finca on s\u2019ubica aquesta vinya, que es troba entre els municipis de Falset, Mar\u00e7\u00e0 i Bellmunt del Priorat. A aix\u00f2 se l\u2019anomena partici\u00f3, per\u00f2 el meu avi sempre li ha dit \u201cLa Parti\u00f3\u201d, i d\u2019aqu\u00ed en surt el nom per al primer vi del meu projecte personal.<\/p>\n

L\u2019origen del nom esdev\u00e9 com a homenatge a l\u2019\u00e0via Mariona, on des del caliu de casa, ens va ensenyar a cr\u00e9ixer com a dones fortes i independents. Ella va comen\u00e7ar de molt jove a treballar a cal sastre del poble, a Falset, fent patrons de pantalons mentre ajudava al meu avi amb la feina del tros i a part, venent productes d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 a la botiga que tenien al poble. A la meva ment vaig associar les agulles de cosir i les agulles de pi (les fulles de l\u2019arbre) procedents de la finca on hi creix la vinya, Les Pinyanes, i em va semblar una simbiosi molt bonica per recordar-los als dos.<\/p>\n

Veremada a finals d\u2019agost. Gra sencer, maceraci\u00f3 amb les pells durant tres dies i criat en inox i en barrica vella de 500 L durant set mesos. \u00c9s un vi amb una elaboraci\u00f3 de m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3 per extreure la m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta vinya \u00fanica.<\/p>\n
